If your order is not received within the assigned time, please contact the shipping company using the reference number provided to you.
The default delivery option for Australia Post is 'Authority to Leave', which means that if you are not home when the parcel is delivered, it will be left in a safe place at near the front door. If you would prefer the parcel be taken to a local Post Office if you are not home, please select 'Signature on Delivery' when checking out.
